"A lawyer from Michigan went to Wyoming and re-tried the case using all evidence that was used in his trial and found him without a doubt innocent.This took place around 1993 or'94 I believe. He also went to the current Governor at the time and requested that TOM HORN be exonerated. However the Governor refused as he didn't want to overturn the history concerning TOM HORN. The lawyer could not believe he was convicted, as all they had was circumstantial evidence. Especially since he was so far away from the scene. Also,why wasn't Miss Kimmel's statement ever regarded.
