"I was so fascinated with the term "Death By Misadventure" that I wrote a letter to the Los Angeles County Coronor asking if it was a term that they really used on a Death Certificate. I asked what would constitute "Death by Misadventure". A few weeks later the Sheriff's were at my door asking for me. My husband came and got me "Honey, the Sheriff is here, he wants to talk to you". It turns out that my letter had made it's way from the Coroner's office to the LA Mental Health Center, to the Arcadia Mental Health Center to the Walnut Sheriff's Station where they went to my Post Office and found out who owned my PO Box. They were concerned that I was suicidal. All I can say is that I'm very glad that I was in a good mood that day. I was able to joke them into going away! I still don't know what constitutes "Death By Misadventure"!"
