Super Bowls MVPsBy Patrick Mondout
Although Roger Craig and his three touchdowns in Super
Bowl XIX and Eric Wright and his stellar play in the secondary in Super
Bowl XVI may have been just as deserving, Joe Montana won the MVP in
these games as well as in the 55-10 blowout of Denver in SB
XXIV for a league record three Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards.
Richard Dent of the famed Chicago
Bears "46" defense coached by defensive coordinator Buddy
Ryan was the only defensive player to win the award during the Awesome80s.
