My Sister Sam was a CBS sitcom which ran from 1986 to 1988. Pam Dawber played a San Francisco photographer whose life is disrupted when her teenage sister, played by Rebecca Schaeffer, comes to live with her.

A year after the series was cancelled, star Rebecca Schaeffer was killed by a stalker.
