"Great TV Show. My favorite that season, so of course it got cancelled. Good Atmosphere, Great production values. Good story lines. Excellent casting." --DC | "My favorite Private Eye was a two-part story that featured a sound track by Chris Isaak. I believe that this was his second album, and one of the cuts was Blue Hotel, which was also the title of the story. I immeditely had to go out and buy the disc, but it was an order only at my favorite shop, and when it came in it was vinyl!! It was still great, and I still recommend it. I have since gotten the cd, but it definitely holds up.
The cars on the sho were also excellent, a '49 or '50 Merc for the young assistant who tried too hard to be James Dean, a atruly fine Caddy Eldo Barritz for the private eye, both in festive black to go with the basic noir feel of the slightly anachronistic show." --Dinosaur |
